In this role, you will be working with our Sales Agents to work with all transaction deals in closing their Title Transactions. This will involve everything from start to finish (i.e. Opening/Cleaning the Title, Preparing Closing Statements, etc..) and once being acclimated, remote work 1-2 days a week is an option.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Process/Prepare real estate transactions
• Prepare title company closing documents in timely and professional manner.
• Ensure complete and accurate packages are submitted for approval and all closing instructions are followed.
• Respond to inquiries from borrowers, lenders and investors
• Schedule closings and management of closing calendar
• Title document preparation
• Prepare closing statements

Skills Required to Perform the Primary Responsibilities of this position.

• Licensed Title Insurance agent five years prior real estate and or title insurance experience: ability to review and understand real estate contracts, title commitments and closing documents
• Advanced knowledge of the entire title process from beginning to end
• Branch/State Manager experience
• • TDI yearly audit experience as the lead person
  • TX Data Call experience as the lead person
  • TDI Independent Audit experience as the lead person
  • TX Title Insurance Guaranty Fee remittance experience
  • TDI Quarterly Tax Reports
• Monthly reconciliation oversight
• Daily Exception report oversight
• Clean financial background for bank accounts
• Able to process files from open to policy remittance all stages
• Integrity Title Plant knowledge
