About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic, motivated Furniture Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse and showroom environment. This role is perfect for someone early in their retail career who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and is excited to learn. No furniture experience is required BUT is a plus— we provide full training on our products and sales process. We’re looking for a motivated Hybrid Sales Associate who can both sell furniture in-store, bring in New business and also help in warehouse.

- Greet and engage customers as they enter the showroom

- Help customers find furniture that fits their style, needs, and budget

- Learn and confidently present product features and benefits

- Maintain showroom appearance, cleanliness, and merchandising standards

- Assist with tagging, stocking, and floor moves

- Follow up with customers and assist with order processing

- Work collaboratively with team members to hit store sales goals
