Hybrid Guest Services & Aesthetician (Part-Time → Full-Time Growth)

Sous La West Hollywood is a facial sculpting studio known for advanced lymphatic facial treatments in Los Angeles. Sous La offers treatments designed to depuff the face, restore circulation, and define natural facial contours. Clients visit our West Hollywood facial spa for treatments that support both beauty and recovery, combining manual sculpting techniques with advanced skin therapies.

We’re looking for a hybrid Guest Services & Aesthetician to join our LA team part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role in either direction. This is ideal for someone who loves both client experience and hands-on treatment work, and wants to evolve within a fast-growing wellness brand.

The Role

You’ll act as both a wellness concierge and practitioner, supporting the full client journey from first touchpoint to treatment and beyond.

Guest Experience & Operations

• Be the first point of contact, creating a warm, seamless, luxury experience
• Manage bookings, check-ins, communications, and guest flow with precision
• Support studio operations, cleanliness, and daily setup/closing
• Build relationships and guide clients through their Sous La experience

Aesthetician Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced face and body treatments, including our proprietary RRR™ protocols (training provided)
• Conduct consultations and create personalized treatment plans
• Recommend products and memberships aligned with client goals
• Maintain detailed client records and uphold the highest sanitation standards

Sales & Growth

• Confidently educate clients on treatments, memberships, and retail
• Support studio events and community initiatives
• Contribute to a strong, results-driven and client-focused culture

What You Bring

• Certified Aesthetician (or in progress)
• Experience in guest services, hospitality, or high-end spa environments preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Passion for wellness, skin health, and client transformation
• A team mindset with a polished, professional presence
• Flexibility for evenings and weekends
