Hybrid Pharmacy Technician Instructor

Position Overview

As a Pharmacy Technician Instructor, you’ll play a crucial role in guiding students through classroom instruction, lab training, and clinical experiences. Reporting directly to the Campus Director, you’ll ensure students are well-prepared for gainful employment and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instruction in Pharmacy Technician courses, ensuring hands-on training and real-world application.
• Plan, assign, and facilitate student activities in the classroom, lab, and clinical settings.
• Provide mentorship by addressing student concerns and guiding career development.
• Develop lesson plans, administer exams, and evaluate student performance.
• Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and grades.
• Participate in curriculum development, faculty meetings, and instructional planning.

Schedule

Monday through Thursday

8:30 a.m. - 12:30 pm

** This is a Hybrid role (3 days remote, 1 day in-person) **

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field.
• PT Certification License (required).
• PTCB Certification (required, with a 60-day grace period to obtain if necessary).
• High School Diploma.
• Strong communication skills, professional integrity, and a passion for student success.
