Reinforcement Monsters is hiring a Hybrid Program Supervisor to join our growing ABA team! We are looking for motivated, compassionate, and organized individuals who are passionate about supporting children, families, and behavior intervention staff while continuing to grow professionally within the field.

This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule with both remote and in-person responsibilities. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing BCBA certification or seeking to expand their clinical and supervisory experience.

Pay

$30–$35 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule

• Part-time Full-time
• Flexible hybrid scheduling
• Afternoon and evening availability preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support to behavior intervention staff
• Conduct overlap sessions, parent trainings, and caregiver support sessions
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members regarding client progress
• Assist with implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment goals
• Complete clinical documentation and maintain communication with the treatment team
• Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming in home and community settings

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Master’s degree required (Psychology, ABA, Education, Child Development, or related field preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Willing to complete and pass a background check
• Experience working with children and families required
• Experience in ABA or behavioral health preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
