Hybrid Remote E-Commerce Support Agent

We are a fast-growing e-commerce business looking for a reliable and organized Remote E-Commerce Support Agent to join our customer support team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, coordinating deliveries, handling phone support, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced online retail environment.

You will work alongside our existing support team to help cover daytime U.S. operations and ensure excellent customer experiences while collaborating with our overseas staff.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
• Location: Remote (Work From Home)
• Schedule:
• Preferred: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
• Flexible Option: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
• Compensation: Based on experience

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide excellent customer service and issue resolution
• Coordinate and dispatch delivery orders
• Perform data entry and order updates accurately
• Communicate with warehouse, drivers, and support teams
• Assist with tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues
• Maintain professionalism and positive customer interactions
• Work collaboratively with our existing support agents and overseas team

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or e-commerce support experience preferred
• Comfortable handling phone support and customer communications
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic computer and data entry proficiency
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Ability to work independently while staying team-oriented
• Experience with Shopify, CRM systems, or dispatch software is a plus
