Hybrid UC VTC Architect/Creston Engineer with Public Trust (DMV applicants only)

We have an immediate openings for a Unified Communications Architect with Creston Experience to join our team of talented engineers/architects supporting a large Federal Agency.

The UC Architect will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) managing and implementing VTC solutions leveraging cloud-based platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Webex Control Hub. Must have experience with configuration of SIP VTC endpoints, Video codecs and VTC protocols, SIP troubleshooting and understanding of MS Teams and Webex cloud Environments. Experience with Unified Dial Plan encompassing multiple voice and video environments strongly desired. In addition to UC duties, the UC Architect will configure and manage the Creston devices such as Creston panels and remotes to manage room lighting, sound devices, a/v inputs, etc.

The Architect will provide Design and Tier 4 support to customers in the continental US, document data networks, prepare and perform migrations plans.

Description of Daily Duties:

• Provide architectural support to internal teams and Federal Agency on VTC Communications networks and applications.
• Architect and manage Creston solutions - Conf room automation and AV controls.
• Research solutions encompassing new UC technolgies.
• Ability to communicate at all levels.
• Design network diagrams using Visio and able to brief customer.
• Monitor Network performance and take steps to ensure optimal performance.
• Recommend solutions, improvements, strategy, and architecture for data networks
• Serve as Tier 4 and resolve issues related to UC Networks.
• Mentor Senior Network Engineers

What are we looking for ?

• Public Trust 6c Clearance or clearable for Public Trust (**Must be US Citizen**)
• Must have experience with configuration of Creston devices.
• Cisco certifications preferred (not required! ): CCNP, CCIE
• 10+ years of experience with Voice/VTC networks with emphasis in Microsoft Teams and Webex Control Hub.
• Cisco Platforms and Adjunct Administration, Maintenance, and Installation
• Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with project teams and managers as a service provider
• Strong team player and team mentor
