Warehouse Order Fulfillment Associate & Customer Service

We're looking for a positive, detail-oriented team member to join our growing team as a Warehouse & Customer Service Associate.
This full-time hybrid position combines hands-on warehouse work(3 days) with remote customer service responsibilities(2 days). You'll help ensure customer orders are packed and shipped accurately while also providing exceptional support to customers through email, chat, and other communication channels.

What You'll Do:

Warehouse Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and care
• Assist with inventory organization and warehouse operations
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time

Customer Service Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails, chats, and occasional phone inquiries
• Assist customers with product questions and troubleshooting
• Process replacements, exchanges, and refunds when needed
• Help create positive, memorable customer experiences
• Work closely with the team to solve customer concerns efficiently

You'd Be a Great Fit If You

• Live in the Southwest Missouri area (our warehouse is located in Walnut Shade, just north of Branson and south of Ozark)
• Have reliable transportation to and from the warehouse
• Can balance both remote and in-person responsibilities
• Have strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Enjoy helping people and solving problems
• Are dependable, organized, and self-motivated
• Have previous customer service or warehouse experience (preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 40 pounds
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform routine warehouse tasks

Hours & Pay:

• 40 hours per week
• $16–20 per hour, depending on experience
