hydraulic cnc press brake machine operator

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced CNC Hydraulic Press Brake Machine Operator to join our sheet metal fabrication team. The candidate will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining the press brake machine for bending and forming sheet metal components used in generator enclosures, fuel tanks, and related products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC hydraulic press brake machine according to job drawings and instructions.
• Program bend sequences and select appropriate tools/dies.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings accurately.
• Ensure precision and quality of bends as per required tolerances.
• Handle materials safely and maintain a clean working environment.
• Perform routine maintenance and report any machine issues.
• Work closely with fabrication and welding teams to meet production targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC hydraulic press brake (sheet metal type).
• Knowledge of bending allowance, stainless steel and mild steel materials.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Basic understanding of machine safety and workshop practices.
• Preference for candidates with experience in generator enclosure fabrication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
