Hydraulic Site Engineer

• CANDIDATE MUST BE DIPLOMA / BE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEER
• Installation & Commissioning: Overseeing the physical installation of hydraulic machines, including cylinders, pumps, valves, and power units. This involves ensuring proper assembly, piping, and fluid connections as per design specifications and conducting pressure and leakage tests during commissioning.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnosing faults, leaks, blockages, and mechanical failures in existing hydraulic systems. This includes performing regular inspections, servicing, and replacing worn-out components like seals, hoses, and pumps.
• Technical Support & Problem Solving: Providing on-site technical expertise, resolving unexpected problems during installation or operation, and coordinating with design, electrical, and automation teams to ensure smooth system integration.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensuring all work strictly adheres to industry standards (e.g., ISO, ANSI) and safety regulations. This involves monitoring the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining detailed logs of maintenance and performance reports.
• Coordination & Supervision: Supervising on-site technicians and contracted staff, monitoring project progress to meet timelines, and liaising with clients, subcontractors, and project managers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
