Hydrology and Storm Drainage Design Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a Hydrology and Storm Drainage Design Engineer with strong expertise in hydrological and hydraulic analysis and drainage system design for infrastructure and transportation projects.

Education & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with focus on Hydrology/Hydraulics.

· 3-5 years of experience in hydrological and hydraulic analysis and design.

· Experience in infrastructure and transportation projects is preferred.

· Good knowledge of KSA and GCC standards and regulations.

Technical Skills

· Expertise in hydrological and hydraulic modeling.

· Experience in Meteorological and Morphological analysis.

· Experience in storm drainage network and flood mitigation design.

· Experience in erosion control, scour analysis and flood hazard mapping analysis.

· Proficiency in the following software:

o Bentley SewerGEMS

o Bentley CivilStorm

o HEC-RAS (1D & 2D)

o HEC-HMS

o CulvertMaster

o FlowMaster

o Hyfran

o PCSWMM

o ICM

o WMS

o Global Mapper

o ArcGIS

o Civil 3D

Key Responsibilities

· Perform hydrological and hydraulic analysis for infrastructure projects.

· Design stormwater drainage networks and flood mitigation systems.

· Prepare Hydrology drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

· Review hydrology drawings and technical submissions.

· Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
