We are looking for a “ Hydronic Systems Sales Engineer ” to join our team at our Istanbul central office, bringing positive energy and contributing to our strength.


QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from the Mechanical Engineering department of a university,

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of central system products ( chillers, air handling units, rooftop units, fan coils ),

• Strong technical understanding of projects and ability to provide system solutions,

Excellent command of the English language,

• Advanced user of MS Office applications,

• Proficient in Autocad,

• Preferably knowledgeable in SAP,

• Strong communication skills, open to innovation and continuous development,

• High persuasion and negotiation skills,

• Strong coordination, planning, and representation abilities,

• Innovative, creative, and solution-oriented,

• A strong team player.


JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct market and location research to acquire new customers in line with the company’s vision and objectives,

• Track existing customers and distributors, ensuring continuity and contributing to long-term business relations,

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly planned customer/distributor visits and report visit outcomes,

• Monitor all project development processes within the region and analyze technical requirements,

• Support project development by presenting product advantages, strengths, and technical features,

• Utilize company-provided sales arguments effectively and offer suggestions for improvement where needed,

• Enhance communication quality between customers, distributors, and end users; observe service quality alignment with company standards,

• Support preparation of project-based price proposals and organize meetings with customers/distributors/end users when necessary,

• Monitor competitor and market developments and inform relevant departments,

• Ensure required checks for products scheduled for shipment,

• Carry out the financial follow-up and necessary guidance of sales processes,

• Submit weekly business reports (visits, projects, sales) to the regional manage.
