Job Description

• Conduct analyses related to responsible applications based on customer requirements and prepare documentation.
• Track requests and projects, prepare project status reports, and manage project communication.
• Monitor purchasing and contracting matters of the projects.
• Create test scenarios for responsible applications where analyst testing can be conducted.

Qualifications Required

• 3-4 years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficient level of English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to prepare quality documentation.
• Knowledge of aviation (IATA standards; Airimp, PADIS).
• High comprehension and analytical thinking abilities.
• Ability to evaluate events and business processes from an analytical perspective.
• Focus on document production and ability to deliver quality outputs.
• Openness to continuous improvement.
• Experience working with mainframe-based systems.
• Ability to keep up with new developments in the aviation sector.
• Ability to keep knowledge of aviation standards and information up to date.
• Ability to develop on customer TROYA systems (Inventory, Reservation, Ticketing, and DCS).
• Contribute to development processes related to TROYA system integrations.
• Able to participate in operational processes of the TROYA system.
• Capability to participate in the analysis and project management processes of small and medium-sized projects with knowledge and problem-solving skills.
