IAM Architect

Overview

We are looking for highly skilled IAM Architects to design and oversee Identity & Access Management solutions for large-scale enterprise environments. This role involves leading architectural strategy solution design and implementation oversight for IAM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and design IAM architectures aligned with enterprise security strategies and regulatory requirements.

• Provide technical leadership for IAM solution implementation (e.g. SailPoint ForgeRock Ping Okta Azure AD).

• Develop architecture diagrams integration patterns and reference models for IAM.

• Collaborate with business security and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration.

• Evaluate and recommend IAM tools frameworks and best practices.

• Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to engineering and operations teams.

Requirements

• 9 years of IT security experience with at least 4 years in IAM architecture.

• Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML OAuth OpenID Connect) identity governance RBAC/ABAC and SSO.

• Hands-on experience with at least one major IAM platform.

• Proven experience in designing scalable IAM architectures for complex enterprise setups.

• Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP CISM IAM vendor certifications) are a plus.
