Senior ARC RBAC Engineer | Cairo, Hybrid
Are you a seasoned identity and access management professional with deep SAP expertise?
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading business for an IAM & SAP Authorization Engineer based in Cairo. In this role, you'll be the subject matter expert for authorization design across an enterprise SAP landscape - protecting the business through robust controls, driving automation, and partnering with stakeholders to enable simpler, more secure processes.
Salary:
£925k EGP gross
Package:
10% annual bonus, 13th & 14th salary + transport allowance
Working structure:
4 days onsite in Cairo
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement authorization models within RBAC, ABAC, and PBAC frameworks, making sound technical decisions and proactively escalating risks with proposed mitigations

Contribute to design discussions, analyse business needs, and propose practical authorization solutions that simplify and strengthen business processes

Identify opportunities to automate IAM processes and activities, driving cost reduction, improved controls, and a better user experience

Manage exceptions effectively and enforce policies with consistency and integrity

Maintain a strong audit-ready control environment, applying knowledge of ITGC, SOX compliance, SOD controls, and PAM

Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business, communicating complex technical concepts clearly and effectively

Stay current with developments in IAM and CIAM practices, continuously applying new knowledge to improve delivery quality
What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of experience in identity and access management domains
-
Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP RBAC design and implementation experience

Proven experience in authorization modeling and implementation across RBAC, ABAC, and/or PBAC frameworks

Solid knowledge of SAP security architecture, including user provisioning, Segregation of Duties (SOD), and audit controls

Familiarity with audit and compliance requirements, including SOX and Privileged Access Management (PAM)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently drive complex problems to resolution

University degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline

Fluent in written and verbal English

High integrity, collaborative working style, and comfort working across diverse cultures and teams
Desirable:

Experience with Omada Identity and SAP application administration
