IAM Intern

Role : IAM BUSINESS ANALYST
Location : ALPHARETTA, GA - HYBRID

Serve as the centralized requirements lead supporting all enterprise IAM initiatives

Partner with Program and Project Managers to define scope, clarify objectives, and manage requirement maturity across concurrent workstreams

Lead enterprise discovery efforts to translate business needs into scalable solutions

Document and maintain clear, traceable requirements from intake through implementation and validation

Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and control considerations early in the initiative lifecycle

Ensure solutions align with enterprise security standards, compliance requirements, and architectural principles

Support standardization of intake, discovery, and documentation processes to improve scalability and repeatability

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across business, security, infrastructure, and application teams

Support roadmap planning and initiative sequencing through structured analysis and impact assessment

Provide executive-ready summaries of scope, impacts, and delivery risks

Support audit and regulatory documentation needs through structured requirement capture and traceability
