IAM Pre-Sales Consultant

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
IAM Pre-Sales Consultant
to join a leading cybersecurity-focused organization in the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions throughout the pre-sales lifecycle — from requirements gathering and solution design to product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales teams to qualify leads and craft tailored IAM solution proposals.

Lead client workshops to capture requirements around:

Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
-
Access Management (SSO, MFA, Federation)
-
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
-
Directory services and user lifecycle management
-
Deliver engaging product demos, technical presentations, and architecture diagrams.

Design and execute POCs using leading IAM technologies.

Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires with accurate and competitive solution designs.

Develop both high-level and low-level IAM architectures aligned with customer environments.

Offer thought leadership on IAM trends and compliance standards (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001, Zero Trust, GDPR, SAMA).

Coordinate with vendors and implementation teams to ensure solution feasibility and readiness.

Support sales strategy, account planning, and go-to-market efforts from a technical standpoint.

Stay updated on emerging IAM technologies (Cloud IAM, CIEM, PAMaaS, etc.).

Prepare quotes, licensing models, and delivery estimates.

Continuously upskill and certify on IAM products; contribute to internal enablement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience

Strong technical expertise in IAM domains: IGA, PAM, SSO/MFA, Federation, Directory Services.

Hands-on experience or strong exposure to IAM platforms

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level and technical stakeholders.

Proficiency in proposal writing and technical documentation (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory standards: NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI DSS, SAMA, NCA ECC, HIPAA.

Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
