Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Manage user access requests and permissions across multiple platforms including Active Directory, Mainframe, LDAP, UNIX, and Microsoft Exchange in the ITAR and non ITAR environment.

Handle provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts, ensuring timely and accurate access based on user roles and responsibilities.

Utilize SailPoint or similar identity governance tools to automate access management processes and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather access requirements, define access roles, and implement role-based access controls (RBAC).

Perform access reviews and audits to validate access entitlements and identify any discrepancies or violations.

Troubleshoot access-related issues and provide timely resolution to minimize impact on business operations.

Assist in the design and implementation of access management solutions, including integration with existing systems and applications.

Develop and maintain documentation related to access management processes, procedures, and configurations.

Provide training and support to end users on access management tools and procedures.

Knowledge of provisioning and deprovisioning processes and tools, with experience in automation and workflow management.

Base Salary Range : $100,000 to $140,000 Per Annum
