Experienced IAM technical lead with SailPoint and PAM experience

Novonesis seeks a highly experienced professional in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) field. You should possess expertise in the SailPoint cloud solution and experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools, preferably CyberArk. As we expand our IAM capabilities at Novonesis, we need a technical lead to help with integrating our system landscape with SailPoint and our PAM tool while enhancing our services through new functionalities in both systems. Your new team:

You will join a well-established global team comprised of two members in India, two in Denmark, and one in the USA. This team supports Novonesis worldwide and collaborates with all areas of the organization, enabling you to engage with stakeholders from IT, production, R&D, and other departments. The IAM team possesses expertise in identifying and supporting end-user needs in SailPoint, as well as integrating target systems into the platform and implementing new functionality.

Your role:

You will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing enhancements to the SailPoint platform, advancing our IAM journey. The SailPoint foundation is established, and now we are focused on building upon it. Your contributions will be essential in adding advanced layers to the platform, unlocking greater value.

You will engage directly with end-users and the business to understand their needs. You will participate in designing the architecture and configuring the SailPoint solution. Additionally, you will be involved in designing and implementing our PAM solution.

Your typical tasks will include:

• Clarifying requests with the business and end-users

• Defining architecture and solution design

• Configuring (and, if needed, developing) new functionality and integrations

• Participating in testing and troubleshooting

We are looking for:

We envision that you possess the following competencies:

• Minimum 5 years of IAM experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience with SailPoint cloud

• Experience in integrating target systems into SailPoint

• Experience in configuring add-on modules in SailPoint

• Experience with PAM tools, preferably CyberArk

Additionally, it is essential that you have the following competencies:

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Proactive, with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward

• Analytical, with a strong capability to understand the core of an issue or request

• Skilled in collaborating with various stakeholders
