IBAK Camera Systems Trainer

Position Overview: The IBAK camera systems trainer will primarily be responsible for on site training with customers with their camera equipment.

Job Duties:

  • Train customers on IBAK Camera Equipment
  • Work with the Director of Camera Equipment in our territory (Southeast) to help grow our camera department by becoming proficient in the operation of ALL camera equipment
  • Travel to/from customers location to perform training sessions throughout the Southeast.
  • Attend necessary training events to remain fully proficient
  • Assist sales reps with demos of all camera equipment when necessary
  • Help with shipping camera equipment as required
  • Assist customers in scheduling equipment for repair with Jet-Vac service centers
  • Willingness to work as a team with other Branch Managers and Jet-Vac employees

Qualifications:

· Prior experience in the industrial equipment industry, municipality industry, or a similar industry is a plus.

· Valid drivers license is a must

· Mechanical, technical, and organizational aptitude and skills are required.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

· Computer knowledge required for position. Candidate must be proficient with Windows and accompanying software. Must have the ability to maintain a schedule in Outlook and make electronics notes in a Jet-Vac database.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

· Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
