Key Responsibilities:
IBC Practice Management
- Independently handle matters under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC), including CIRP, liquidation, restructuring, and recovery.
- Represent clients before NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, and other judicial forums.
- Draft petitions, replies, and applications with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advise corporates, financial institutions, and insolvency professionals on compliance and strategic options under IBC.
Client Relations & Business Development
- Actively utilize professional networks to bring in new business opportunities for the firm.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Represent the firm at industry conferences, seminars, and professional forums.
- Collaborate with the management to identify new areas of service expansion and design strategies for sustainable business growth.
Leadership & Mentorship
- Supervise and mentor junior associates in IBC and related practice areas.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including litigation, corporate law, and taxation, to provide integrated solutions.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality legal services and timely outputs across all matters.
Qualifications & Skills
- LLB/LLM from a reputed law school; additional qualifications like CS/CA/CMA will be an added advantage.
- Proven ability to represent clients in complex insolvency matters and manage high-value disputes.
- Demonstrated experience in client acquisition and business development.
- Strong drafting, research, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities, with a business-oriented approach.
