IBM TRIRIGA Developer

Position Overview

The Technical Consultant III will serve as the lead IBM TRIRIGA technical expert, responsible for application configuration, customization, development, integration support, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise facilities and asset management solutions. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across the full system development lifecycle, supporting business operations through the design, implementation, enhancement, and optimization of IBM TRIRIGA applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IBM TRIRIGA application development, configuration, customization, and integration activities.
• Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy application enhancements, workflows, forms, reports, portals, and integrations.
• Provide technical leadership for corrective, preventive, adaptive, and perfective maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and system performance issues.
• Support production operations, release management, and application modernization initiatives.
• Participate in system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, architects, and support teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to support personnel and junior team members.
• Ensure solutions adhere to organizational standards, security requirements, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Certified IBM TRIRIGA Application Developer.
• Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on IBM TRIRIGA development, configuration, and implementation experience.
• Demonstrated experience with IBM TRIRIGA application architecture, workflows, forms, reports, data model extensions, and integrations.
• Experience supporting enterprise asset management, facilities management, real estate management, or integrated workplace management solutions.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system integration, testing, and deployment methodologies.
• Experience troubleshooting complex enterprise application environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with application modernization and cloud-based deployment environments.
• Knowledge of integration technologies, APIs, web services, and enterprise data exchange patterns.
• Experience working in Agile, DevSecOps, or hybrid project delivery environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise reporting, analytics, and business intelligence tools.

The Technical Consultant III will ensure the reliability, performance, maintainability, and operational effectiveness of the IBM TRIRIGA platform while delivering high-quality technical solutions that support evolving business needs and organizational objectives.

Pay: $102,398.61 - $123,318.76 per year
