Role Summary

We are looking for an IBP Demand & Supply Planning Specialist to design, implement, and enhance planning processes using SAP IBP. The ideal candidate will drive forecast accuracy, streamline planning cycles, and support improved supply chain decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand planning models, baseline forecasts, and consensus plans.
• Execute supply planning runs using heuristics and optimizers.
• Perform TS-based forecast consumption and support scenario planning activities.
• Analyze planning alerts and propose actionable recommendations to resolve imbalances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support S&OP cycles.

Required Skills

• Expertise in IBP Demand and Supply modules.
• Strong understanding of TS consumption and forecast consumption operators.
• Knowledge of inventory optimization, allocation planning, and supply planning strategies.
• Proficiency in Excel-based IBP add-in and Planner Workspaces.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret planning outputs and simulations.

Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹132,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
