We are looking for a I&C Proposal Chief in Çalık Enerji Headquarters – located in Istanbul;

Qualifications;

• University degree from Electrical, Electronical, Communication or Electrical-Electronical Engineering,
• At least 7 years’ experience in especially Water System Processes (WTP, WWTP etc.), Power Plants and/or Industrial Facilities Processes (Refinery, Oil and Gas, Chemical Industry etc.),
• Preferably with experience in proposal preparation,
• Knowledge of energy equipment, especially Water System Process, Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, HRSG, Compressor,
• Experience in Central Control Systems (DCS), Instrumentation, Weak Current Systems (Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV, Telephone, Local Area Network (LAN), Public Announce System, etc.) in particular, as well as Switchyard SCADA Systems, Vibration Monitoring and Analysis Systems, and Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS),
• Knowledge of relevant national/international specifications and standards,
• Experience with design programs related to their profession,
• Advanced usage of AutoCAD and MS Office programs,
• Compatible with teamwork,
• Analytical thinker with strong communication skills,
• Willing to take on responsibility,
• No domestic or international travel restrictions,
• No military service obligations for male candidates,
• Proficiency in the English language at an advanced level.

Responsibilities;

• Review and analyze of employer specifications,
• Preparation of I&C System BOQs,
• Preparation, lead and follow-up of Power Block (Centerline/Power Island) and Balance of Plant (BOP) I&C procurement packages and technical specifications,
• Evaluate the received budgetary offers both technically and commercially,
• Prepare documents for compliance/deviation with the employer's specifications (clarifications and deviations),
• Calculate man-hours for assembly,
• Prepare Control System Architecture,
• Preparation of technical documents of quality and feasibility in accordance with the Employer's Specifications for both the proposal and execution stage,
• Prepare bid documents, including datasheets, system descriptions (write-up), performance guarantees, etc.,
• Coordinate with other relevant departments,
• Handle correspondence with the employer and conduct technical contract negotiations,
• Attend site visits and employer meetings as necessary.
