ICAM Program Analyst (PMO Support)

Position Overview:
Provide program management and analytical support for Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) modernization initiatives across federal enterprise environments. Support PMO operations including requirements tracking, milestone coordination, stakeholder reporting, risk and issue management, and maintenance of modernization artifacts aligned with federal ICAM governance and Zero Trust objectives.

This role focuses on organizational, analytical, and coordination support activities that enable successful execution of ICAM modernization roadmap initiatives across business, governance, and stakeholder workstreams.

Responsibilities:

Program Management & PMO Support
· Support day-to-day PMO activities for ICAM modernization initiatives
· Maintain and track program artifacts including:
· Risk and issue logs
· Decision trackers
· Action item registers
· Requirements documentation
· Milestone and roadmap tracking materials
· Support coordination across ICAM workstreams, stakeholders, and project teams
· Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-up activities
· Monitor program activities and identify schedule dependencies, risks, and blockers
· Support preparation of status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings

Requirements & Analytical Support
· Support requirements gathering, documentation, and traceability activities
· Analyze and organize stakeholder inputs, business needs, and program requirements
· Assist in documenting ICAM modernization objectives, milestones, and operational impacts
· Maintain reporting metrics and performance tracking artifacts
· Support development of briefing materials, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
· Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to support program decisions

Stakeholder Coordination & Communications
· Coordinate with AOUSC, TSO, SDSO, and court-level stakeholders to support modernization activities
· Support stakeholder engagement activities including workshops, working groups, and governance meetings
· Assist with development and distribution of communications materials, meeting summaries, and outreach artifacts
· Track stakeholder feedback, action items, and follow-up activities
· Support cross-functional coordination between governance, business, and technical teams

Governance & Compliance Support
· Support maintenance of ICAM governance documentation and modernization artifacts
· Assist with documentation supporting compliance, audit readiness, and governance reviews
· Ensure PMO artifacts align with federal ICAM, NIST, and Zero Trust guidance
· Support documentation management and version control practices

Roadmap & Modernization Support
· Support ICAM modernization roadmap activities including milestone tracking and reporting
· Assist with documenting modernization progress, dependencies, and transition activities
· Support coordination of deliverables across modernization initiatives
· Contribute to development of roadmap support documentation and implementation planning artifacts

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
· 6+ years of experience in:
· Program management support
· PMO operations
· Federal IT or cybersecurity programs
· Business analysis or program coordination
· Experience supporting:
· Requirements tracking
· Risk and issue management
· Executive reporting and dashboards
· Meeting coordination and stakeholder communications
· Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting federal ICAM, cybersecurity, or Zero Trust initiatives
· Familiarity with:
· NIST 800-53 / Zero Trust principles
· FICAM or federal identity governance frameworks
· Experience with:
· PMO reporting tools
· Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or Microsoft Project
· Agile delivery environments and program coordination practices
· Certifications such as:
· PMP
· CAPM
· PMI-ACP
· Security+ or related federal cybersecurity certifications
