We’re a beloved gelato shop known for our handcrafted, small-batch gelato and sorbet — and we now proudly serve La Colombe coffee through a fully automatic espresso machine.

We’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join our Hoboken team. No barista experience? No problem. Our coffee system is easy to use — just press a button! If you're great with people, care about quality, and love a clean, upbeat workplace, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer samples, scoop gelato, and prepare coffee and espresso drinks with a fully automatic machine
• Learn our flavor offerings and company story to help customers choose confidently
• Keep the storefront and gelato cabinet clean, tidy, and visually appealing
• Restock and organize supplies; assist with deliveries as needed
• Monitor low-stock items and notify the manager
• Help maintain takthe out freezer and display case organization
• Coordinate with teammates and offer ideas for improving service

Qualifications

• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Customer service or food experience is helpful, but not required
• Comfort with using a touchscreen espresso machine (training provided)
• Familiarity with Square POS is a plus
• Must be available Friday and Saturday nights
• Able to join a 10-minute Zoom interview
• Able to commute to 500 Washington Ave, Hoboken, NJ 07030

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
