Ice Cream Dealer & Barista Shift Leader

Job Summary
We are looking for a fun, all-star A-Team player to join the Perfect Day Ohana at our Kailua cafe and on our mobile Food Trucks.

Responsibilities:

• taking orders and engaging with customers, ensuring they have a Perfect Day
• handling payments
• making real fruit ice cream, matcha, coffee and light cafe foods
• back of house operations and preparations
• maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
• opening or closing the cafe/truck

The Perfect Fit is someone who:

• Works well in a team environment but can also self-manage and self-motivate
• Is fun and outgoing with a positive attitude
• Is available to work weekends and some weekdays
• Learns fast and can work quickly under pressure
• Is Trustworthy, Consistent and Dependable
• Has reliable transportation; able to work in Kailua and at other locations around Oahu
• Is interested in management/potentially managing a store as we grow.

Hourly pay is based on experience, plus tips.

Barista/ice cream/food service experience is a plus but not required.
