Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Ice Cream Scooper to join our kiosk team in Sharjah Mega Mall. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with customers, maintain cleanliness, and serve products quickly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scoop and serve ice cream and related items
• Greet and assist customers in a polite and friendly manner
• Handle cash and card payments using a POS system
• Keep the kiosk clean, organized, and hygienic
• Restock supplies and toppings as needed
• Follow safety and food handling guidelines
• Support daily opening and closing of the kiosk
• Report any operational issues

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista, waiter, F&B crew, or in similar customer-facing roles preferred
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Friendly, reliable, and presentable
• Ability to work under pressure and during busy hours
• Must be available on weekends and public holidays
• Standing for long hours may be required
• Age: 18 to 35 preferred
• On-the-job training will be given
