Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and assist them in selecting their favorite ice cream flavors and toppings
• Scoop ice cream accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness of the scooping stations, display cases, and seating areas throughout your shift
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and provide friendly service during busy periods
• Restock supplies such as cones, cups, napkins, and toppings to ensure smooth operation
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests
• Engage with customers positively, answer questions about flavors or ingredients, and promote special offers or new products

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Prior experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required—training will be provided
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or moving carts

Pay: $7.25 - $11.00 per hour
