Ice Cream Scooper - Barista

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Ice Cream Maker to join our team for Weekends. In this role, you will be responsible for Scooping our delicious ice cream flavors and ensuring the highest quality of products for our customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other team members to deliver exceptional service while maintaining food safety standards. Also looking for Coffee Barista Preparation experience.

Duties

• Prepare and mix ingredients according to established recipes for various ice cream flavors.
• Operate ice cream machines and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in the presentation of ice cream products, including toppings and serving suggestions.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members in a café setting to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when stock is low.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to food preparation and handling.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus.
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and processing transactions are essential.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
• A passion for creating delicious treats and providing outstanding customer service will set you apart.
