`Duties`

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating for various service periods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
• Support food handling procedures in compliance with safety regulations
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies to prevent contamination or spoilage
• Follow all food safety guidelines and hygiene standards at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and excellent customer service
• Prepare and create a variety of delicious ice cream and dessert items
• Operate ice cream machines and equipment
• Follow training and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in product quality
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and being friendly to create a wonderful experience for the customer.

`Experience`

• No previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment required
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety standard
• Be able to do some light lifting of products/materials when needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic math skills for retail transactions and cash handling

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
