Ice Cream Truck Ambassador

We’re currently seeking Ice Cream Truck Ambassadors to service the Chester County area. You’ll be responsible for delivering delightful treats to schools, weddings, corporate events, summer camps, birthday parties and other venues. Alsies also performs neighborhood routes using our proprietary technology which allows customers to track the truck. We are looking for energetic people who want flexible hours, great pay and a chance to connect with the community.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a full size cargo van to deliver ice cream in designated neighborhoods
• Interact positively with customers of all ages, especially children and families.
• Handle cash/card transactions and maintain basic inventory.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.
• Communicate availability and effectively work with a team.
• Inventory management
• Represent Alsies West Chester with a friendly, positive and customer-centric attitude.

Qualifications

• Energetic, positive mindset and self-motivated
• Ability to follow operating procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
• Organized & dependable
• A clean driving record (required).
• Candidate must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to pass a background check (required).
• Availability to work weekends (not every weekend) is a must

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $13-$25+/hr (hourly wage plus tips).
• Hours: 10 – 20 per week, with flexible scheduling.
• Bonus: $200 incentive after completing training and 30 shifts. Additional bonuses available for booking events.
