ICN(Infection Control Nurse)

Location: Magnaid Hospitals, Yousufguda

Experience Required: 3–4 Years

Qualification: Valid ICN Certification

Magnaid Hospitals is looking for an experienced and dedicated Infection Control Nurse (ICN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in infection control practices, strong understanding of NABH standards , and an active ICN certification.

• Monitor, implement, and improve infection prevention and control protocols across the hospital.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and surveillance activities in accordance with NABH guidelines.
• Identify infection risks and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
• Train hospital staff on infection control practices, hygiene protocols, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and compliance records for regulatory purposes.
• Coordinate with clinical and housekeeping teams to ensure adherence to infection control standards.
• Participate in hospital committees and assist in readiness for NABH or other accreditation assessments.

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as an Infection Control Nurse.
• Strong knowledge of NABH standards and hospital quality protocols.
• Valid ICN certification is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, monitoring, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
