ICT (CCTV, Wi-fi, Access control) Technician

Job Overview
Perform on premise ICT services to our targeted customer segments.

- Key Responsibilities:

Technical - 80%
o Perform on premise ICT Services with the support of Engineer / Junior Engineer.
o Setup and Trouble shoot laptop / computers and necessary peripheral devices (Routers,
Projectors, etc) on customer site.
o Install and configure the LAN in ways that optimize the performance.
o Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems.
o Perform IT technical support on customer site.
o Install and configure PABX telephone system (Analog, Digital, and IP Based)
o Install, terminate, test, label and document horizontal, backbone and other cables.
o Install various types of access control systems.
o Program access control panels and systems.
o Install various CCTV camera systems (Both analog and IP Based).
o Install and configure DVR, NVR, and other CCTV security systems.
o Provide support for mobiles, tabs, etc.
o Maintain records / logs of repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedules.
o Perform other duties as required.

-Sales - 20%
o Develop customer proposals based on customer requirements and site surveys
o Invoice customer and collect money
o Upsell Zmakan services by educating customers about Zmakan other services
o Support sales team during sales activities

Qualifications
- Diploma in electrical, telecom, electronics, or computer
- 3+ of professional experience
- Industry certifications:
o A+
o Network+
- Qatari Driving license is Mandatory

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
