ICT Sales Executive

Doha, Qatar

Zmakan Technical Solutions is looking for a dynamic and experienced ICT Sales Executive to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, managing customer relationships, and driving sales of ICT products and services (CCTV, Wi-Fi, Doorbell, Access Control, Home Automation) in the Qatari market.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Attend client calls and meetings to understand their needs and offer tailored ICT solutions.

Collaborate with technical teams to prepare accurate quotations and proposals based on site surveys and client requirements.

Follow up to close deals and ensure successful project execution.

Invoice clients upon project completion and follow up on timely payment collection.

Develop and implement Zmakan's sales and marketing strategies and action plans.

Define and continuously update the company’s ICT services portfolio, including company profiles and service brochures.

Set competitive pricing and discount structures for products and services, including promotional sales periods.

Manage all marketing channels, including website, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), email, SMS campaigns, and traditional media (TV, newspapers, direct marketing).

Update and maintain the company's website and social media content.

Ensure full compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Lead internal coordination to optimize team performance.

Update and manage data within the ERP system.

Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.

ICT Products and Services Include:

Networking solutions (routers, switches, access points, cabling)

Security and surveillance systems (CCTV, access control, biometric systems)

Servers, storage, and data backup solutions

Telephony and communication systems (IP Telephony, PBX)

IT infrastructure services (installation, configuration, and support

Smart home and building automation solutions

IT consultancy and system integration services

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in ICT sales in Qatar

Strong technical and market knowledge of ICT products and services in Qatar

Arabic speaking is added advantage

Qatar Driving License – Mandatory

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
