As an ICT Service Desk Agent, your main role is to provide high-quality technical support to end users across the organization. This is a front-line IT support role focused on resolving issues quickly and keeping staff productive.

Experience & Skills Needed:
Experience: Typically 3–5+ years in service desk/help desk support roles.
Technical Skills: Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), Microsoft OS, Office apps, basic networking and troubleshooting.
Education: Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent; relevant IT certifications (A+, ITIL, Microsoft) are often preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From QAR10,000.00 per month
