ICT Workplace Specialist

Context

Epta İstanbul is seeking an ICT Workplace Specialist for our Ergene facility. In our production and office environment, where all operations rely on IT tools and systems, the candidate will support employees in using hardware and software effectively, ensuring uninterrupted operations.

The role focuses on managing IT equipment and network issues in both office and production areas, providing first-level troubleshooting, and coordinating with central IT teams or external providers when needed. Quick response to critical production issues, problem-solving skills, and clear communication are essential for this position.

Your contribution

• Provide first-level IT support for both office and production staff
• Manage and troubleshoot PCs, printers, production terminals, barcode scanners, and shared devices
• Identify hardware issues and perform initial interventions
• Handle network connectivity issues and escalate when necessary
• Respond promptly to critical production IT problems
• Coordinate with central IT teams or external providers for unresolved issues
• Maintain records in ticketing system and ensure proper follow-up
• Communicate clearly with users throughout the support process
Assist with device setup, inventory, and user onboarding

Your journey

• 3-5 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or workplace support
• Basic hardware knowledge (PC components, peripherals, cabling)
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems
• Basic network knowledge (IP, cabling, switch/port logic)
• Able to work in a production environment and on-site in the factory
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Patient and solution-oriented in stressful situations
• Team player with strong sense of responsibility
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Çorlu/Çerkezköy/Kapaklı region
Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking)
