ICU | EMERGENCY Head Nurse

Pathway Hospital – Multispeciality Hospital is looking for an experienced and dedicated ICU Incharge to lead our critical care unit and ensure high-quality patient care.

Position: ICU Incharge Location: Pathway Hospita Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in ICU / Critical Care Qualification:

• B.Sc Nursing / GNM (Mandatory)
• ICU / Critical Care certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise ICU nursing staff and daily operations
• Ensure adherence to ICU protocols and patient safety standards
• Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient care, documentation, and infection control
• Manage duty rosters and staff performance

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Expertise in ventilator and critical care management
• Ability to handle emergencies and high-pressure situations

Salary: As per industry standards
