We are seeking a skilled and dedicated ICU Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ICU Nurse will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to critically ill patients in our intensive care unit. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and hold a valid RN license. The candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in an intensive care unit, and should be proficient in assessing, planning, and implementing patient care plans. Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit.

Assess and monitor patients' conditions, vital signs, and progress, making timely adjustments to care plans as necessary.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Operate and monitor medical equipment and devices used in the ICU.

Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition, treatment options, and post-discharge care.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including electronic health records (EHR).

Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and rapid changes in patient conditions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Valid Registered Nurse (RN)
