ICU Staff Nurse

1. Taking Admission Of Patients and issuing ABHA no .

2. Registering Causality Patient and taking history of the patient.

3. Monitoring vitals such as temperature bp , pulse & SPO2 and informing the consultant

4. Checking RBSL and giving Nebulization as per doctors advice

5. RT Feeding & measuring urine output .

6. Preparing patients for X-ray & scan and OT

7. Assisting for Catheterization of male & female.

8. Night duties as per requirement.

9. Accompanying patients in the ambulance for investigations & transfers.

10. Giving IV, IM medications and oral doses.

11. maintaining Glucometer & laundry book and medicine stock book.

12. Assisting dressings ,iv administration and blood investigation.

13. Maintaining patient registration file and IPD case sheet files

14. Maintaining Causality Register, IPD register and OPD register for OPD patients coming to causality

15. Making causality biils on the duplicate book and discharging the patient after payment

conformation.

16 . Explaining charges to the patient before admission

17. Shifting the patient to respective room OT or ICU as per doctors advise

18. Taking ECG , ABG.

19. Maintaining covid antigen register .

20. Maintaining IPD registration file.

21. Accompanying patients to GMC and any other hospital if required

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
