ICU Staff Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Staff Nurse to provide high-quality critical care to patients in a fast-paced intensive care environment. The ideal candidate must possess strong clinical judgment, patient-centered care skills, and the ability to handle emergency situations with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide continuous monitoring of critically ill patients, including vital signs, ventilator parameters, and hemodynamic status.
• Administer medications, IV infusions, injections, and assist with advanced life-support procedures.
• Manage ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and other ICU medical equipment.
• Perform timely assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
• Assist physicians during rounds, procedures, and emergency interventions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, nursing notes, and reports.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and ICU safety standards.
• Offer emotional support to patients and families, ensuring compassionate care.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for smooth patient management and transfer.
• Respond effectively during critical situations, including Code Blue, trauma, and rapid deterioration events.

Qualification:

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing
• Valid Nursing Registration Certificate (State Nursing Council)
• Experience Required:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in ICU / Critical Care Unit

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
