Job Title: ICV Coordinator

Location: Qatar

Role Overview

The ICV Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all ICV-related documentation, submissions, and compliance activities to support tendering and ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit ICV templates and supporting documentation.

Coordinate with Finance, HR, and Procurement teams for accurate data collection.

Liaise with approved ICV certifying bodies for certification and renewals.

Track ICV performance and maintain updated records.

Assist in improving company ICV score through local sourcing strategies.

Monitor compliance with client requirements (e.g., QatarEnergy ICV program).

Support bid and tender teams with ICV-related clarifications.

Maintain database of local suppliers and subcontractors.

Candidate who are available in Al Khor/Preferably ready to commute will only will be considered for this role.
