Core Skills:
5+ years hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow in an enterprise environment.
Strong expertise in SailPoint configuration: provisioning workflows, certification campaigns, roles, policies, and lifecycle management.
Experience developing custom workflows, rules, and connectors using Beanshell, Java, XML, SQL.
Practical experience integrating SailPoint with other enterprise applications.
Knowledge of IAM concepts (user lifecycle management, access governance, RBAC, ABAC, SoD, compliance).
Familiarity with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD) and cloud applications.
Strong troubleshooting skills for SailPoint provisioning and synchronization issues.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
