İDARİ İŞLER ŞEFİ

GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Alliance Healthcare Ecza Deposu İzmir Şubesinde görevlendirilmek üzere;

  • Lisans mezunu,
  • İdari İşler alanında en az 5 yıl deneyimli,
  • MS Office programlarına hakim (özellikle iyi derecede Excel),
  • Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış,
  • B sınıfı sürücü ehliyeti olan ve aktif araç kullanabilen,
  • İzmir de ikamet eden veya edebilecek olan,

İdari İşler Şefi aranmaktadır.

İŞ TANIMI

  • Ürün ve hizmet satın alma süreçlerinin yürütülmesi ve takip edilmesi,
  • Satın alması yapılan malzemelerin kontrolü ve fatura işlemlerinin takip edilmesi
  • Hizmet alınan tedarikçi firmalardan tekliflerin alınması ve süreçlerin yönetilmesi,
  • Taşeron hizmet alınan firmaların kontrol edilmesi,
  • Operasyonel işlerin takip edilmesi ve ofis çalışanlarına destek olunması,
  • Şirket içerisindeki çeşitli organizasyonların planlanması,
  • Yangın söndürme ekipmanı, su, elektrik, jeneratör, ısınma, soğutma gibi sistemlerin belirli aralıklarla bakımlarının yapılmasından sorumlu olacaktır.
