PURPOSE:
This position supports the Global Cyber Security team by managing identity and access processes and technologies across Sylvamo’s global operations. The selected candidate will support Sylvamo employees, contractors, and external partners that require system access.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Contribute to the end-to-end administration, maintenance, and support of IAM technologies and services, standards, and policies.
Provide troubleshooting and subject matter expertise for Identity and Access Management issues.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:The essential requirements of the job include:

• One to three years of experience/education in an IT capacity.
• Basic understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts and related technologies.
• Basic understanding of Active Directory.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to quickly grasp and apply technical concepts.

IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU ALSO POSSESS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN:

• Identity Governance and Administration tooling
• Azure/Entra cloud identity
• AI Security
