Identity Engineer

One of our clients in the government domain is seeking an Identity Engineer to manage user issues for the 110,000+ workforce accounts and over 8 million citizen accounts. They assist agencies with mission-critical systems and user management issues. Engineers design and develop solutions for joiner/mover/leaver scenarios in both custom software and commercial off-the-shelf solutions. Engineers collaborate with OISP on security initiatives.

These positions will be directly responsible for an average ticket workload of over 100 identity issues per month. Tickets are generally to support the following capabilities:

Privileged access management PAM User ID management and support Bulk ID requests for updates and or information Single Sign on SSO configuration and support Multi Factor Authentication MFA Support and Optimization Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to reduce support

Skills Required:

2 years of Experience with software administration, development, and/or systems support 2 years of Experience handling user issues/trouble tickets Familiarity with IAM concepts or a strong desire to learn ccripting
