Identity Management Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Consultant to design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and any other IGA product experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Excellent understanding of IAM domain and varied solutions and products available in the market.
• Analyze customer needs through research and requirements gathering followed with recommending a solution.
• Ability to develop a broad awareness of the client’s technical architecture and emerging technologies with enough knowledge to determine what is and is not possible.
• Mentor the other team members on daily task and help them to find an optimum solution to ongoing issue.
• Able to work with and lead a team for the project and assign task.
• Gather requirements from application stake holders for application onboarding to Sailpoint.
• Design the complex IAM architecture and integrations
• Help other team members for the application integration and other IAM related issues.
• Integrate Standard and Complex application with Ping for SSO and MFA.
• Develop / Implement Joiner, Mover, Leaver scenarios, Certifications, SOD, Approval, RBAC, Reports in Sailpoint
• Develop documentation for application requirement gathering requirements document etc.
• Able to standardize the overall application integration process.
• Onboard applications to Sailpoint IIQ
• Good understanding on different type of webservices authentication types such as OAUTH, OAUTH2 etc.
• Involve in any other potential customer engagement for proof of concept and other presentations.
• Provide feedback to the customer team on functionality in the market and influence product roadmap
• Provide implementation leadership where required
• Ability to communicate technical and business information to a varied audience (technical and non-technical customers).
• Technically savvy and good understanding of MoroHub’s service and operation solutions

Qualification, Experience and Job Specific Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM domain, with at least 3 years in Sailpoint IIQ, having experience in other IGA product is a plus.
• Primary Skill : Sailpoint IIQ, having experience in other IGA product is a plus
• Secondary : Saviynt, Microsoft Azure IAM, Forgerock, Azure AD, Active Directory, Office 365, REST Webservices, Database, LDAP etc.
• Understanding of leading cloud provider technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly advantageous
• Should have a value based consultative approach, in which you can adopt and articulate the value of our solution to address the customer’s challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical ability.
• Substantial experience working in an enterprise-type software consulting, implementation, support, or training experience a major plus.
