Identity Solutions Architect

Shaarait is a Kuwait-based technology solutions company with 6+ years of enterprise delivery across government, banking, oil & gas, and healthcare. Our Secure Identity & Remote Work practice is growing — and we are looking for an Identity Solutions Architect who can own client engagements from first discovery call to signed project.

What you will do

• Lead presales engagements for Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Zero Trust, and DLP opportunities across Kuwait and the GCC.
• Design end-to-end identity architectures using our vendor portfolio
• Deliver compelling Proof-of-Concept (PoC) demonstrations and respond to technical RFPs independently
• Map client environments to compliance frameworks including CBK circulars, NIST, and ISO 27001
• Work closely with the BD team to qualify opportunities, develop proposals, and support deal closure
• Build and maintain technical relationships with vendor partners and stay current on the identity market
• Mentor junior security team members and contribute to Shaarait's identity practice development

What you bring

Must-have

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IAM, PAM, or identity security — with at least 2 years in a presales or solutions architect role
• Microsoft SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator) certification — or equivalent demonstrated Entra ID depth
• CISSP or active pursuit of it — candidates with strong experience will be considered without it if other credentials are strong
• Deep working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM
• Experience designing PAM solutions — session management, credential vaulting, privileged account lifecycle
• Proven ability to deliver PoCs, present at C-level, and independently own technical proposals
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage for this market

Strong advantage

• Vendor certifications: IBM Security Verify, Ping Identity, or Fortinet NSE 5+
• Prior experience in Kuwait or GCC enterprise accounts — government, banking, or oil & gas
• Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture, ZTNA, and DLP platforms
• Experience working within a systems integrator or value-added reseller environment
