Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Junior Alarm Technician to join our dedicated security systems team . In this role, you will assist in the installation, service, and maintenance of alarm systems, ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises while learning from experienced technicians.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation and configuration of alarm systems, including intrusion detection, access control, and monitoring systems
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on existing security systems to ensure optimal functionality
• Support senior technicians in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, employing effective problem-solving strategies
• Participate in site inspections to assess client needs and recommend appropriate security solutions
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of installations and repairs
• Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements in security systems

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• IDS certification
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and circuitry
• Desire to learn about alarm technology and security systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions

Preferred:

• Experience in a technical or hands-on role, preferably in the security or electronics field
• Familiarity with common alarm systems and troubleshooting techniques
• Basic knowledge of networking principles and IP-based security systems

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

• Understanding of alarm system components, including sensors, control panels, and communication devices
• Ability to work with hand tools and diagnostic equipment
• Familiarity with software used for alarm system configuration and monitoring

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
