IELTS DEPARTMENT MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and motivated IELTS Department Manager to lead and manage our IELTS training department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the overall operations of the IELTS department
  • Supervise and support IELTS trainers to ensure quality teaching standards
  • Plan academic schedules, study materials, and mock tests
  • Monitor student progress and department performance
  • Conduct teacher training and performance evaluations
  • Coordinate with sales and management teams for student admissions and department growth
  • Ensure smooth functioning of academic activities and reporting

Requirements:

UAE experience is mandatory
✔ Previous experience in IELTS academic management preferred
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Excellent communication and organizational abilities
✔ Knowledge of IELTS Academic & General Training modules
✔ Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Train the Trainer certification in IELTS
  • Experience in educational institutions, language centres, or study abroad sector
  • Only candidates with relevant UAE experience will be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
